One-Stage Machine (One-step, Hot Preform Method)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The operation of this machine includes all processing stages, from PET granules to the finished container. The preform exits the injection mold and, while still hot, is transferred to the blow mold to produce the container.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The advantage of this method is that preforms are not stored, thus avoiding damage issues (scratches, dents, etc.). The relatively low production speed of this one-stage machine makes it more suitable for small and medium-scale productions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
