From Design to Implementation: The Steps
01
The Initial Idea
The partner can describe the desired container to us, and together we can develop a design that serves their needs. Alternatively, they can provide us with a sample and indicate the desired changes (reverse engineering process), or even submit a sketch or drawing from which we will produce the item (technical drawing, draft, etc.).

Engineering Design
In the next stage, we create the engineering drawing, which clearly outlines the final shape and dimensions of the item (height, neck diameter, body diameter, special features, etc.). This drawing is presented to the partner, and we proceed with any modifications, refinements, and the final version.
Mould Creation & Test Production
Based on the final design, we move on to the mould manufacturing. Immediately after, we conduct a test production to ensure the item performs correctly on the production line. This stage is crucial, as it allows us to make any necessary adjustments or modifications if improvements are needed.

Finishing and Preparation for Production
In the final stage, we polish the mould and install the cooling system, so that it is fully prepared for the product ion process.
